DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (Excluding bank holidays). All orders before 3pm CST will be sent the same day.

USA

Standard Delivery                                         

                               (5-8 working days)

Priority Delivery                                              

                               (2-4 working days)

Express Delivery                                            

       (Next working day, must be ordered before 1pm CST)

 

ALL OTHER ORDERS WILL HAVE SHIPPING CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT

 

Once we receive your order, it is immediately sent for processing. There are times we are unable to cancel or adjust your order after it is submitted. Please contact us immediately if you need to make corrections to your order after it's been submitted via the contact us form.

  • Orders typically ship the business day after they are placed. (Orders placed Friday typically ship on Monday.)
  • Exceptions include holidays, weekends, high volume sales or severe weather
  • Orders ship through UPS or USPS from Madison, WI
  • Please note your order will not be delivered by UPS on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday. 
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, addresses outside of the United States or freight forwarders
